Hello everyone! Welcome to Fusion! The Lord our God has opened a door for me to be a youth leader for Sanctuary and I am so pumped up about all the opportunities that will come from what God has planned for this youth group! I am really excited about all that awaits us and even though it may be a little ruff starting, this youth group will be a strong hold for growing youth alike. I pray that God will be our guide and our hearts set on Him. Now, a little bit about myself; I'm 21 years old and I am in my second year of college. I have many hobbies such as playing soccer, rebuilding cars, and having awesome debates about our creator. Our Core BeliefsSanctuary exists to know God and to make Him known to the area of Greenville and beyond.
GodGod exists eternally as one God in three persons—Father, Son and Holy Spirit. He is the sovereign Creator and Sustainer of the universe. God is perfect in all of His being. To Him we owe all love, honor and obedience.
The BibleThe Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God. It is God’s revelation of Himself and His ways to people. It is the inerrant and authoritative standard by which all human conduct, creeds and opinions are to be tried. The Bible is central to our fellowship as believers in Jesus Christ.
SalvationMankind was created in the image of God to glorify God and to enjoy Him forever. Through the sin of Adam in the Garden all of mankind became sinful and subsequently do sin. Sin has alienated us from God. God provided His own Son Jesus Christ as an offering for our sins. Salvation comes only through repentance of our sins and faith in the work of Jesus on the cross. It is a sovereign work of God’s grace, apart from good works.
Church MembershipThe church is composed of baptized believers who have joined together in a local assembly. It is a loving and forgiving fellowship where believers grow together in the grace and knowledge of the Lord. Every true believer should be a member of a local church. \
